How do I place an order?

Just go to the “How it Works” tab above to directly submit your work through our secure website, or directly e-mail it to info@writethatright.com. Once we receive your document, we will provide you with a price quote and a link to our PayPal store. You can also directly pay on our website as well.

Do I have to be a current member of PayPal to purchase Write that Right’s services?

No, there is an option once you click on the PayPal website to pay with a credit card without creating a PayPal account.

Will my work be kept confidential and secure?

Yes, you can be completely assured that your work will be kept 100% confidential and secure. If you wish a higher level of confidentiality, you may request that our editors sign a written confidentiality agreement.

What is the turn-around time needed to edit my document?

Write that Right fees and turn-around times are calculated on the word count and degree of correction needed for your document. Your work will be returned to you in 24 hours or less AFTER your payment is received. If your work takes longer than 24 hours to complete, you will be notified in your price quote e-mail. This rarely happens, but due to high volumes of submissions, and/or the complexity or length of your correction, more time is occasionally needed to provide you with a quality product.

Who performs my work?

All of our editors, writers, translators and designers are college educated professionals with extensive real world experience in their respective fields.  We believe in the motto, “Do what you do best”, and this is the reason we work in a team model  to make sure your project has more than one person with their expertise on hand to ensure accuracy, optimization, creativity and success.

Do you guarantee the quality of your editing?

Yes, after your work is sent back to you edited, you can reply with any comments or changes you would like made in the next 15 days, free of charge. Only if the changes take an excessive amount of time will another price quote be issued.

Can I change the details of my order after you have confirmed my order?

Yes, if you already have paid and sent us your new details within 6 hours, we can usually accommodate your requests.
